Confirmation Text
You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that you are responsible for remembering your appointment dates and time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call us by the time you receive the confirmation text. Understand that late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellations without sufficient notice will incur a cancellation fee.
No Call/No Show
Please note that if you fail to show up for our scheduled appointment, we will be forced to reevaluate our working relationship and may need to terminate your client status.
Refunds
We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify Mirror Mirror within a week of your appointment.
